RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-day returns
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return your item, no reason needed. For customers in the European Union, this includes and extends your legal right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to return an item
1. Email info@shopramina.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We reply within 48 business hours with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back in protective packaging. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return conditions
- Unused, undamaged and unaltered, in the same condition you received it;
- In the original packaging, with all tags, inserts and accessories included;
- For hygiene reasons, items worn directly on the body can only be returned if they have not been worn and any protective packaging or seal is intact. Trying an item on indoors, on a clean surface, is fine.

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping is free on every order, so nothing is deducted. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or wrong.

Bundle offers
If you bought items through a bundle offer (for example, "pay for one, get more free"), the price you paid is shared equally between all items in the bundle. Returning the whole bundle gives you a full refund. Returning only part of it refunds the equal share of the amount paid for each item returned.

Exchanges
Want a different size or a different item? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Defective, damaged or wrong item
If you received a defective, damaged or wrong item, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We cover all return costs and send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Normal wear
Natural changes that come from normal use and from the nature of the material — such as small scratches, creasing or a change in color or finish over time — are not defects and are not a reason for a refund. Please follow the care instructions included with your item.
